Why are the only good looking golf shoes so expensive?

Probably no real answers… just seeing what you guys think. I can find a pair of great looking retro New Balances or a reasonably priced pair of Adidas to wear everyday but when it comes to golf shoes I’m stuck with saddles until I hit the $85+ range. I’d rather spend the extra money on green fees but I still want to look good, head to toe.

Golf apparel is always expensive. There are a few really nice shoes on this site, not too badly priced. Good luck.

I got a nice pair of Adidas for just over $20. I’ve seen pretty cheap shoes at rockbottomgolf.com and tgw.com. Way under $85 for Nike or Adidas

Why should you care what they look like. You walk on them, nothing more, nothing less.
      Good luck

because if they made the pimpest, most classic styled, and unique shoes and sold them cheaply they couldnt compete in a market where the shoe styles change every year…no one would buy shoes for 350 and up if you could get real nice shoes for 50 or 75 in the same seasons model…its much like automobiles, if they sold you a car that got 50 mpg and was gorgeous to look at and drive, and required hardly any maintenance no one would spend over a hundred for a luxury auto…the american car makers could have did that for us years ago but would have ruined the market…
