I usually wear Sperry Loafers with no socks to walk around, but would i wear those to the driving range or should i wear regular sneakers.

Don’t wear lofters, you’ll come right out of them when you swing. If you don’t have golf shoes (which is your best option), go with athletic shoes and socks. They will give you better traction and better support.
