shoes that are too big in the heel area. What can I do?

I just ordered a new pair of golf shoes online…..and paid a pretty penny for them too. But they are too big in the heel. They fit great everywhere else. Any suggestions?

      The shoe know you must be very upset hate buying anything online and also sell by the shoe know you put in the front of the shoe know you can actually put little toilet paper in the back of the shoe that you must be very upset hate buying anything online.
