I have a blister from golf shoes?

I was doing 18 holes the other day and got a blister from my shoes. The thing is, it wasn’t a normal blister. It didn’t fill with liquid or anything, or even hurt. It was as if a section of my skin had been pulled down and bunched up near the bottom of my foot. I soaked it for awhile, put some band-aids on it and now I’m letting it air out for the night. The skin isn’t bunched anymore, but looks like it moved back to it’s normal spot on my heel. I don’t know how to treat it, and a bit of the skin ripped so that it’s open now.
